Changes in our hormone levels directly impact how we age, and declining hormone levels are related to premature aging. Fortunately, lifestyle changes such as dietary changes and practicing regular exercise can improve hormone levels.  In this talk we will dive into these factors and also talk about optimizing and balancing hormone levels, along with identifying the appropriate points to take action based on measured hormone levels as a function of age
