| BANGKOK, JULY 2010 – The 24th Annual Flower Show at Swissôtel Nai Lert Park, Bangkok offers a Pastry and Chocolate with Flower Competition on September 29th, 2010 from 9.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m. in the hotel’s Garden Wing. The winner of each category will be graciously awarded the trophy by HRH Princess Srirasm. There are 3 categories of “Pastry and Chocolate” competitions: 1. Chocolate 2. Wedding Cake 3. Freestyle Cake Judging criteria for the competition include display color, design and flower decoration. The competition is open to any working pastry professional from a restaurant, hotel, catering service, bakery, pastry shop, chocolate shop or private chef. Final judging is done by committee on September 29th, 2010. The results are announced at the end of the day and an awards ceremony is on September 30th, 2010. The winners will receive the Royal trophy from HRH Princess Srirasm. The first and second runners up of each category will also receive a trophy. The application for “Pastry and Chocolate Competition” will be available from 20 July until 30 August, 2010.
